What the drafted terms say, in outline

MYOS is a starter kit: a structured Obsidian vault and a Claude Code configuration, for Windows. One payment of US$500. No subscription.
You need a Windows machine, your own paid Claude plan at about US$20 a month, and about half an hour. The free setup guide proves all of that before you pay anything.
Payment is handled by a payment provider acting as the seller for the transaction and handling tax. The kit and the licence come from us.
If you cannot get it running, we refund you in full. That promise is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.
You get the kit as it is on the day you buy it. You own your vault and everything you put in it. You cannot resell or republish the kit itself.
Support covers installing it, using it, and defects in it. It does not cover custom work for you, business advice, or support for Claude Code, Obsidian or Windows themselves.

Still to be settled before publication

The window for making a guarantee claim. It is not decided, so no number appears anywhere on this site yet.
The exact consumer-rights wording for each market, including the mandatory Australian text for a digital product and what the checkout captures from EU and UK buyers about their cancellation right.
The seller identity, the support address and the response window we commit to.
How the drafted terms sit against the payment provider's own consumer terms, so the two cannot contradict each other.
